Archiving pigs allows you to store past pig records that are no longer active without permanently deleting valuable information. This feature helps you maintain a clear overview of your current livestock, while ensuring historical data is easily accessible for future reference or analysis.

Archive a Single Pig

After successful login to your pigax farm account

Step 1: On the menu section, click “Pig Manager“

Step 2: Select “All Pigs”

Step 3. Go to the pig you want to archive and select more

Step 4: Then click on Archive.

Step 5: On the popup, select the reason for archive and edit the date. The click "Yes, Archive it" to confirm the process.

Now the selected pig will be transfered to your archives

Note that archived pigs no longer appears on the dashboard or pig pens but can still be accessed for refrence purposes

Archive multiple Pigs

After successful login to your pigax farm account

Step 1: On the menu section, click “Pig Manager“

Step 2: Select “All Pigs”

Step 3. Select multiple pigs by checking the boxes next to the pigs ypu want to archive

Step 4: Then click on Archive.

Step 5: On the popup, select the reason for archive and edit the date. The click "Yes, Archive it" to confirm the process.

Now the selected pig will be transfered to your archives
