Why isn't my report showing updated data?

Reports in Pigax are designed to reflect the most recent activity and animal records across your farm. However, there may be times when your report seems outdated or doesn't include recent data entries. This guide helps you identify common causes and shows you how to ensure your reports are accurate and up to date.

Step 1: Check Report Date Range and Filters

  1. Open the report and look for any date range filters.

  2. Make sure the time period includes the dates when changes or new data were entered.

 

Step 2: Confirm Data Was Saved Properly

If recent changes or entries aren't showing:

  • Go to the relevant section (e.g., Pigs Manager, Events, Expenses) and confirm the data exists.

  • Make sure all entries were saved and not discarded due to connectivity issues.

Note: Offline or unstable connections can sometimes prevent entries from syncing to the central database.

 

Step 3: Verify You’re in the Correct Farm

Since your reports are farm-specific, make sure you’re viewing the report for the correct farm.
