Recording feed activity in Pigax helps you track what your pigs are eating and manage your farm’s feeding expenses. before you can successfully login a feeding activity, you must have already configured some feed types in your pigax account. To login a feed activity requires 2 stages.

1. First you must create a feed plan by filling the "Daily Feed Form"
2. Secondly, you must complete the feeding task each time the pigs are fed.

Create Feed Plan

Step 1:Click “Feed Manager“ on the menu section, 

Step 2: Select “Feed Plan”

Step 3: Click on "Add Feed Scedule" on the daily feed overview

Step 4: Complete the Feed plan form. You can chose between Multiple day plan or Single day plan

Check the Number of Pigs to be Fed

Before you submit the feed plan form, you can confirm the amount of feed to be fed based on the pigs available on the pen.

Step 1: Go to "View Feed details of selected Pig Pen" and select the pen you want to check

Step 2: Click on "View all pigs in Pen"

This will display all the pigs in the pen and the feed apportioned to each pig.

Step 3: Click "Submit"

Complete Feeding Task with "Today's Feed"

Step 1: Click "Feed Manager" on the Menu section

Step 2: Select "Today's Feed"

Step 3: Click on "Complete Task" for all the available feed plan in each pen for the day

Note: Once feed schedule tasks are completed, the feed cost increases and can be seen on the Pigax Dashboard

Complete Feeding Task with "Feed Plan"

Step 1: Click "Feed Manager" on the Menu section

Step 2: Select "Today's Feed"

Step 3: Click on "Complete Task" for any of the feed plans on the list

Step 4: Review the feed plan information on the pop-up window. Then click on "Complete Task"

Note: Once feed schedule tasks are completed, the feed cost increases and can be seen on the Pigax Dashboard
